VIVIAN DODD
I attend the UW and graduated with a double major in Communications and Psychology.
I’ve held various positions within the Advertising Industry; Production Manager, Account Manager, Vice President and Partner.  I have worked on the Washington State Fair (Puyallup Fair) account for the last 20 years as Project Manager and Producer for the Entertainment Category of the Fair, producing the Radio and TV commercials for the artists that performed at the Fair.

In 1983, I married my high school sweetheart Poko Egashira. This year, we will celebrate 42 years of being together. We have two sons, Kenji 27 and Koji 22. At least I only have two children. One year I received our enrollment health cards in the mail - it listed 4 children as Poko’s dependents….I asked him if there was something he wanted to tell me. Apparently they made a mistake and gave us a couple more kids. Despite the fact that Poko and I are Huskies and the two boys are Cougs, we are a close knit family. Kenji manages is own business at NumotGaming and is well known in the Magic the Gathering Community. Koji is in his last year at WSU studying Sports Science/Physical Therapy.
Personally, I have been a lifelong volunteer. I was very active at every stage of my children’s education from PSO VP, Chairing the Chess Club concessions, Scout Leader to selling programs at the football games.
After retiring this year, and for the most part being an empty nester, I spend my time giving back to the Edmonds community. I volunteer my talents as a Graphic Designer for various organizations. I currently serve on the Board of Directors at the Edmonds Senior Center.
